An appointment cannot be made until a deposit has been paid.

The deposit ranges between $100 to $200 depending on the design, and is due only after a date and time have been decided.

Tattoo Design

Please describe the tattoo as best as you can. Make sure to include any style preferences (traditional, illustrative, neotraditional, etc.), a rough size estimate in inches, and if the tattoo will be in colour, black and grey, or blackwork.

Make sure to attach any reference photos you may have. With these details, I will be able to create something similar but customized to fit you. Unless specified otherwise, I will assume that I have creative liberties within your limits for the piece.

In-person consultations may be necessary for certain projects.

Please include as much information as you can in this section. It is important I have a clear idea of what you're wanting so that I can give you the best tattoo possible.

Tattoo Description *

Tattoo references (please note any changes you would like to make to the design if not already specified)

Up to 3 photos. Please keep each under 2 MB. Most phone camera photos are much larger than that by default, so you may need to pick a smaller/compressed version. If a file won't attach, email it to admin@serenitybliss.tattoo directly instead.

Please describe where you are wanting your tattoo to go. For large scale work, a photo of the area would be ideal so that I may create a custom fitted piece. *

A note on pricing: keep in mind that with large scale pieces, pricing can be broken up into sessions. I offer budget friendly options such as working in smaller complete sections at a time, starting with linework and proceeding with shading at your pace, or altering the design to better suit your budget. Pricing varies between each piece, so I'll discuss it with you as we get the appointment booked. I don't give out pricing without a completed form and/or an in-person consultation.

I understand that it may take up to 5 days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a response when books are open. *

I understand that appointments require a $100-$200 deposit to be paid after the appointment date has been selected. Without this deposit, the appointment is not secured. *

A note before you click submit! Thank you for choosing to book an appointment with me! I can't wait to see what projects you have in store for me! Again, response times may vary. I try my best to reach out as fast as possible! If you feel that the email or form may have gotten lost, send me another email or message. If you want accurate updated booking information, such as when books open/close and when I've responded to emails, follow me on Instagram. I regularly post updates about books as well as any last minute openings, wanna-do projects, flash, etc.

PS: after the appointment is booked, you will receive a packet through email explaining appointment details. There you will find information on how to pay your deposit, how to prep for your appointment, and other helpful information.
