This page covers what happens to the information you submit through the booking portal.

What's collected

The booking form asks for your name, preferred name and pronouns, email, phone number, tattoo idea and reference photos, placement, medical conditions, and allergies. It's used only to plan and prepare for your tattoo session, nothing else.

Where it goes

Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms: they land in our Netlify dashboard and are emailed to her. That's it. Your information isn't sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.

Medical information

Medical conditions and allergies are used only to plan your session safely. That information is deleted once your appointment is complete.

Requesting deletion

If you'd like your submission deleted sooner, or have any other questions about your information, email booking@serenitybliss.tattoo and it'll be taken care of.
