What I tattoo

I specialize in Blackwork, Neotraditional, and Illustrative tattoos. I am open to a multitude of styles and subject matters, with few limitations.

I will prioritize:

What I won't tattoo

There are a few limits I do have with a tattoo design. There are various reasons why I have chosen to limit what I will tattoo, primarily because it is either not within my style preferences or it may not age well. If I am unable to tattoo what you are looking for, feel free to reach out to the shop for another artist.

I will NOT tattoo:

Please do not continue to fill out the form if what you're looking for is on this list. If you would like recommendations on artists to reach out to for those particular projects, please call the studio or email me and I will be happy to recommend the artist(s) for you! Thank you for your understanding.

I do take on cover-ups, but they require a consultation before booking.

An appointment cannot be made until a deposit has been paid.

Please expect to pay this only after a date and time has been decided. The deposit ranges between $100 to $200 and will depend greatly on the tattoo design.

How much does a tattoo cost?

Studio hourly rate: $150 per hour (under-the-needle time only)
Shop minimum: $100
Studio deposit: $100–$200 (depends on the design)

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. It goes toward the final price of your tattoo and is non-refundable. Your deposit is void if:

If your deposit is voided, a new deposit and appointment application is required. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please reach out as soon as you can.

Sleeves, back pieces, and other projects typically get priced once we've talked through the design. Send a reference image and a rough size estimate in the booking form to get the most accurate quote!

A note on pricing

Keep in mind that with large scale pieces, pricing can be broken up into sessions.

I offer budget friendly options such as:

Pricing varies between each piece, as each is unique in design, placement, and size. I will discuss pricing with you as we get the appointment booked. I do not give out pricing without a completed booking form and/or an in-person consultation with you.

Seeing your design

Typically you will not see your design until the day of the appointment. I do budget time out for you to be able to change the design as needed. There is absolutely no pressure to settle on something you're not 100% on.

I would much rather you be honest with me about how you're feeling about the design than walk away with something you're not in love with. This is a forever decision! We can always reschedule if you decide you're still unsure of the design.

Preparing for your appointment

Drink plenty of water and eat beforehand, especially for bigger sessions. Wear clothing that makes the tattoo area easy to access, and avoid anything you don't want stained or anything tight on the area. Some good things to bring:

Numbing cream

Numbing cream is a great option if you're nervous about a painful session. If you use it, please always patch test at least 3 days before your appointment to check for allergic reaction. I cannot recommend numbing for first tattoos. It is imperative to understand how a tattoo feels and heals without it first. Feel free to email me with any questions about whether numbing is right for you.

Payment

Payment is taken at the end of your session. I accept:

If a tight budget is a concern, I also accept trades of equal value (i.e., professional mechanic work, health/vet services, nail work, electronics, or groceries). Just ask and we can figure something out.

A few studio policies

Please bring a valid, unexpired ID, and please do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I will not be able to tattoo you, for both our safety and due to state laws.

I allow one guest in the room with you, and ask that you leave kids at home.

Additionally, if you're feeling unwell please reach out to reschedule rather than come in.

What to expect after you apply

Estimated response time: 3 business days after form submission.

The booking form is meant to give me as much information as possible to get you booked as soon as I can get you in. Please understand that response time may vary (typically between 3-5 days excluding holidays and weekends). Always check my social media to get more accurate booking information, as I regularly update there.

Typically you will see a response through email from me. The email you provide on the form will be the one I reach out to. If you are worried I have not received your form or that it may have gotten lost, please allow up to 5 business days before reaching out to the studio or email for a follow up.

PLEASE NOTE: I have had many issues in the past with my responding email going to your spam folder. If you have not received a response in up to 5 business days, please check your spam as I realize this is a common occurrence. Please call the studio if you need assistance booking.

I will make my best effort to get everyone into my books but spaces are limited. My intention is not to make it more difficult to book with or contact me, but my aim is to make sure that the proper care and attention can be given to each client.
